After searching for a new home, these homeowners realized their established neighborhood and mature property couldn’t be replaced. Instead, they chose to reimagine the home they loved for a new chapter centered around entertaining, time with friends, and easier everyday living.
A two-story addition allowed us to transform the original floor plan, doubling the kitchen’s size and creating open, connected living spaces with a new wet bar and pantry. The addition also made room for a thoughtfully designed primary suite, with personalized amenities that bring comfort and a little luxury to daily routines.
